1. Who will be cleaning my home?
We will send a friendly, professionally-trained cleaning team from the Co-op Network member business that serves your area. Our teams work with the pride of ownership and always make sure you have a great cleaning experience.
2. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. We bring all the cleaning products and tools we need, including vacuums equipped with allergen-reducing HEPA filters.
3. Should I do anything before you arrive to clean?
We ask that you put away toys, clothes, dishes and other household items to help us clean as efficiently as possible.
4. What do I do with my pet?
For the safety of your pets and our cleaning teams, we kindly request that dogs be in a kennel or other location while we do the cleaning. Cats are usually OK. Please be sure to let us know if you have special instructions regarding your pets and their safety.
5. How do I provide feedback on my cleaning?
After your first cleaning, we will call to see how we did – and how we can make your next cleaning even better. If, after any cleaning, you’d like to let us know something, don’t hesitate to contact us.
6. What is Eco-Friendly Cleaning (EFC™)?
Eco-Friendly Cleaning (EFC™) is a green cleaning method trademarked by WAGES. All cleaning products used in our Co-op Network have passed the EFC™ product screen, and all worker-owners have been trained in the EFC™ technique. Click here to learn more.
